- To order a product you can either follow the shopping cart directions on this website or email us at sales@mirofeeds.co.nz or phone our sales office on 07 8255812
- ***PREPAYMENT DISCOUNT AVAILABLE*** If you pay for your products when you order we will apply a prepayment discount to your account. Please email/call us and we will confirm the discounted amount payable. This offer is subject to quantity and type of product ordered.
- Accounts and Terms of Payment
- If you are a first time customer, we expect payment before we send your goods, by either direct credit or Visa/MasterCard/Bankcard. We only extend credit to customers who buy from us regularly. If yours is a larger business, we’re happy to offer a credit facility. However, we reserve the right to end it if you fail to meet our terms.

If you have an account with us, we require your payment by the 20th of the month following delivery unless we’ve already agreed otherwise.
- You can pay by:

- (1) Direct credit to our account (BNZ 02-0316-0144721-000), quoting your invoice number (if provided) or surname.

- (2) By cheque. made payable to "Miro Feeds Ltd" and posted to Miro Feeds Ltd PO Box 206, Raglan 3265

- (3) By Visa/ MasterCard/ Bankcard. Please note that a 2% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.

- If you fail to make your payment on time, we have the right to cancel your credit facility –and we place all accounts that are overdue after two months (without prior agreement or explanation) with a debt collection agency. We reserve the right to charge collection and administration costs, as well as a fee of 3% interest per month on overdue accounts.
- We may refuse to do further business with you if you don’t meet our terms of payment.
- Delivery & Pick Up Information
- Products can be picked up from our depots in Raglan, Otorohanga or Christchuch depending on stock availability in each location. If the product is to be delivered please advise when you would like it to arrive and delivery location. We aim to have all orders delivered within a week of your order. If your order is urgently required please call us on 07 825 5812 or 021740311 and we will endeavour to get your product to you as soon as possible.

- Miro Feeds Limited respects your privacy. We will never sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information to any unrelated third parties. Any information you give us about yourself is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in ways you have not consented. Our privacy statement is in line with the Privacy Act 1993.
